Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging; however, opening the packaging to examine the product is permitted.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship worldwide, and delivery times naturally vary depending on the destination. Based on our experience, the standard delivery time ranges from 3 to 15 business days from the moment the package is handed over to the postal service until you receive your order. This timeframe does not include any potential delays caused by local customs inspections. You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
Due to the unique characteristics of our products and to ensure the best possible rate, shipping costs are not automatically calculated at checkout. Once you place your order, we will manually calculate the specific shipping cost for your country and delivery address. This amount will be added to the final total and itemized on your PDF invoice so that you can proceed with payment.
How does the payment process work?
- Product Selection: Browse our catalog, select the handcrafted pipe or collectible accessory you wish to purchase, and click "Add to cart".
- Shopping Cart: You can review, add, or remove items from your cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon.
- Checkout: When you are ready, click "Checkout". You will need to enter your billing details, telephone number, email address, and exact delivery address.
- Shipping Request and Order: Due to the handcrafted and exclusive nature of our products, shipping costs are calculated and added individually for each order. As you proceed, you will see your detailed request, and the system will register your address to calculate the best available shipping rate.
- Acceptance of Terms: To complete the order, you must check the mandatory box accepting these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
- Confirmación, Factura y Pago: Haz clic en el botón para registrar tu pedido de forma segura. Una vez hayamos revisado tu solicitud y asignado manualmente el coste de envío correspondiente a tu dirección, recibirás un correo electrónico de confirmación. Este correo incluirá tu factura formal en formato PDF con el desglose totalizado y las instrucciones detalladas para proceder al pago seguro de tu compra.
